We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

2. Liability and Disclaimer
Jubert’s Kichene is not responsible for any damage caused by improper knife use after sharpening. While we handle your knives with care, we are not liable for pre-existing damages, including but not limited to chips, cracks, or broken handles. Customers acknowledge that sharpening involves the removal of metal, which may slightly alter the knife’s shape over time.
3. Turnaround Time

4. Payment and Fees

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds are not available once the sharpening service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us within one week to discuss potential solutions.
7. Safety Notice
Knives are extremely sharp after servicing. Customers must handle them with caution. Jubert’s Kichene is not responsible for any injuries caused by mishandling sharpened knives.

Knife Rental Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental of knives provided by Jubert's Kichene ("Service Provider") to restaurants and commercial kitchens ("Client"). By participating in our rental service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Rental Services
Jubert's Kichene offers professional-grade knives for rent on a recurring basis. The rental includes delivery, pickup, regular sharpening, and maintenance as agreed upon in the service contract.
2. Rental Period and Renewal

3. Responsibilities of the Client

Sharpening and maintenance are included in the rental fee. Jubert's Kichene will schedule periodic visits to collect used knives and replace them with sharpened ones. Improperly maintained knives by the client may incur additional fees.
5. Fees and Payment

6. Damages and Loss
